Cara (Canada) sat on the panel for Working Group 5: A new democratic system: child participation in the public sphere.  She said that children must be aware of their rights in order to participate with full confidence in the public sphere.  She suggested incorporating child rights education into elementary school civics classes.  Go Cara!
