On the first day at the conference, Cara represented her group (Dialogue in the Public Sector) on the panel and sat next to quite a few experts on child rights. This video shows her commenting on the experts' recommendations. She was nervous because the audience was packed with representatives from all over the world, but they really made her feel comfortable and encouraged her to speak her mind. She even got to sit next to the chairwoman!
